We believed there was a great opportunity for Sarah & Sebastian to optimise the customer experience so that it is more in line with other major jewellery eCommerce stores. This included optimisation from the first visit to the homepage through to the final checkout page.

About the Project

The Challenge
The challenges involved creating new structures and features that were more focused on people and their needs. In addition, we believed testing some outside-of-the-square concepts to allow Sarah & Sebastian to be the leader of innovation and customer experience in the boutique jewellery commerce space.
The Results
We came up with the idea to do a deep dive into the Sarah & Sebastian business to more specifically identity customer’s pain points and desires. Then, we combined all findings to create a website that provides the best experience for users and prospects.
Through a full re-design process from mood-boards to development, we created an experience that resulted in us winning two W3 awards.
